9.2. Testers obligations: In return for the discount, testers agree to promptly and thoroughly report any errors, bugs, technical problems, or inconsistencies found on the website and in email delivery to support@johnycash.net. This feedback is an essential part of the testing agreement.

9.3. No guarantee of error-free operation: The tester is aware that they are using a service under development or a test version that may contain errors or omissions. Claims for defects resulting from the test operation are excluded.

9.4. Changes to and withdrawal of the discount: The special discount or tester status granted is a voluntary concession on our part. We reserve the right to change, adjust, or completely withdraw the discount granted at any time in the future and without prior notice. This may be the case, in particular, if the feedback is deemed insufficient or the test period ends. There is no permanent entitlement to the discounted price.

9.5. Participation in the test program does not establish an employment relationship, partnership or any other dependency relationship between the tester and us.

10. Website operational status (test phase until Q3 2026)

10.1. The user is hereby informed that the website https://johnycash.net and the associated services are in a public testing phase (beta status) which is expected to last until September 30, 2026.

10.2. The service will be made available to all users (including regular users) during this period, provided that the user accepts this test status.

10.3. The user is aware that during the testing phase, technical errors, bugs, temporary outages, data inconsistencies or discrepancies in the email tips may occur.

10.4. The user accepts these potential errors and waives any warranty claims or claims for damages attributable to the test operation or typical "beta errors." Our liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct remains unaffected.

10.5. After the end of the test phase (after September 30, 2026), the general warranty rules of these terms and conditions apply in full.
